Coordinated by Scott Daniels, Bryony Gillard and Beth Emily Richards, Project Space 11 strives to critically engage with artist-led practice regionally, nationally and internationally; creating a platform for artist activity in the city of Plymouth.The programme is ambitious, with a rolling series of events, exhibitions and happenings. Alongside this there are regular opportunities for artist networking, critical discourse and discussion.From June 2010 – April 2011 Project Space 11 was based in the heart of Plymouth City Market, working from a shop unit. Project Space 11 delivered a series of exhibitions and events in the market and off site, working with a range of established and emerging artists including: The Hut Project, Craig Barnes, Dean Knight, Steven Paige, Townley and Bradby, Thorsten Knaub, Jonty Lees, Josh Greet, Christopher Green, Rhys Coren, Ellie Harrison, Eva and Franco Mattes, LOW PROFILE, Bruce Asbestos, Emma Smith, and many more artists and collectives.
